Six days that make a good business bigger.
BOLD stands for Business Objective: a Life by Design. It is the course Keller Williams agents take when the business they have is smaller than the business they intend to build. Six one-day classes, September 24 through November 4, 2026. Three on the Northshore at the Pontchartrain Yacht Club in Mandeville, then three Uptown at the Junior League of New Orleans. Coached by Deborah Pierce of The Red Star Team, who is still closing houses while she teaches this. Tuition is $799, or $199 a month if you ask us about the payment plan. Step 1 on September 24 is free for every licensed agent … sit in before you decide.
Dates, times, format, and the $799 investment per the official BOLD registration listing for Greater New Orleans, retrieved August 13, 2026. Classroom hours derived from the listed session lengths: Step 1 at five hours, Steps 2 through 6 at 6.5 hours each. Sessions are listed 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Steps 1 through 3 meet at the Pontchartrain Yacht Club in Mandeville; Steps 4 through 6 at the Junior League of New Orleans. The final session sits on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, later than the original listing. Registration and payment are handled by KW MAPS Coaching.
We are giving five seats away. Entering is free.
Two names come out Monday, September 21. Two more Tuesday. One Wednesday. Each winner gets a paid seat in this BOLD, worth $799, and one entry keeps you in all three drawings. The seats are for licensed agents outside Keller Williams, so pass this along to the agents you know at other offices.
Entries close Wednesday, September 23 at 11:00 am Central, the morning before Step 1. Name, email, phone, brokerage … that is the whole form.
Keller Williams agents are not in the drawing, and you are not shut out of anything else. Step 1 on September 24 is free for you too, and the $199 a month plan is a phone call away.
Deborah Pierce is coaching this one.
She runs The Red Star Team out of Keller Williams Realty Acadiana in Lafayette, and she is not a coach who left production to teach. She is still closing.
More than 700 personal sales sit behind her, with another 800-plus closed by her team. RealTrends has ranked her among the top 1,000 Realtors in the country every year since 2018. Then the part that explains the coaching: she buys things. Residential, commercial, and operating businesses, held for the cash flow rather than the story. That is why the BOLD wealth-management material does not sound theoretical when she teaches it.
She is also the real estate voice on KPEL News 96.5 FM in Lafayette and co-hosts The Net Worth Club, a financial-literacy project aimed squarely at women who were never handed the playbook. Her three words are passion, purpose, and drive, and she will make you say yours out loud in Step 1. Her full profile lives at The Red Star Team.

Production is one thing. A business is another.
Most agents here already know the mechanics. They know what a listing appointment looks like and what a net sheet says. The distance between a good year and a step change is almost never technique. It is how much of the business runs on a system instead of running on you.
BOLD goes after that distance first. KW MAPS Coaching built the program around three things stacked in order: the beliefs you carry into the day, the habits that hold when the calendar gets full, and the specific words you say to a person who is deciding whether to hire you. Take them out of order and nothing sticks. That sequencing is the reason agents who have already capped keep re-enrolling … the scripts are the visible part, and the mindset work is what makes the scripts come out of your mouth on a Tuesday when nobody is watching.
Louisiana and Mississippi agents are working a market that has sorted itself by discipline. The agents pulling away from the pack are the ones who know their New Orleans market numbers cold and who treat lead generation as a calendar item rather than a mood. BOLD is where that gets installed, and it pairs directly with the coaching we already run in-house through BUILD and the Learning Center.
One more thing worth being plain about: BOLD is not a lecture you watch. You will do the reps in the room, out loud, in front of other agents. That is the point.
Nine sentences agents keep repeating years later.
The BOLD Laws are the shorthand the program leaves behind. Graduates quote them in team meetings and text them to each other at 6:00 am. Nine of them, exactly as KW MAPS Coaching publishes them:

KW MAPS Coaching publishes the full set as downloadable graphics on the BOLD Laws page. Wording above is quoted from those graphics.
“Business is a contact sport.”
Five things, and none of them are a binder.
KW MAPS Coaching publishes five key takeaways for BOLD. Here is what each one actually looks like on the other side of six days in that room.
A number big enough to be uncomfortable
BOLD makes you write down a goal past what you already know how to hit, then works backward to the daily activity that reaches it. Most agents set targets they can clear. This is the opposite exercise.
More capacity, same week
Time-blocking that survives a Friday. The hours that generate business move to the front of the day, and what does not generate gets delegated or dropped. Capacity is what lets a strong agent take on more without working later.
Scripts, plus the delivery
Proven, current conversations and how to say them so a person leans in instead of backing away. You will run them out loud until they stop sounding like a script and start sounding like you.
The database you already own
How to turn existing contacts into repeat and referral volume inside Command, and run a digital-first business off it. Your database is yours at KW New Orleans, which is what makes compounding it worth the effort.
Calls, appointments, contracts
Best practices for making the calls, setting the appointments, and closing the contracts in front of you right now. Not next quarter. The pipeline you have this week.
Forty agents who watched you work
You role-play in front of the room. Six weeks later those agents are the ones who text you when they hear a listing is coming. Accountability is a byproduct of BOLD, not a feature it advertises.
Block these six dates.
Five Thursdays and a Wednesday finish, every one of them 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The first three meet in Mandeville, the last three in New Orleans. Step 1 runs about five hours and Steps 2 through 6 run 6.5 hours each. Watch the gap at the end: nothing meets on October 29, so Step 6 lands nearly two weeks after Step 5.
| Step | Date | Where | Time and length |
|---|---|---|---|
| Step 1 | Thursday, September 24, 2026 | Pontchartrain Yacht ClubMandeville | 9:00 am · about 5 hours |
| Step 2 | Thursday, October 1, 2026 | Pontchartrain Yacht ClubMandeville | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm · 6.5 hours |
| Step 3 | Thursday, October 8, 2026 | Pontchartrain Yacht ClubMandeville | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm · 6.5 hours |
| Step 4 | Thursday, October 15, 2026 | Junior League of New OrleansNew Orleans | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm · 6.5 hours |
| Step 5 | Thursday, October 22, 2026 | Junior League of New OrleansNew Orleans | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm · 6.5 hours |
| Step 6 | Wednesday, November 4, 2026 | Junior League of New OrleansNew Orleans | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm · 6.5 hours |
Steps 1 through 3 meet across the lake at the Pontchartrain Yacht Club, 140 Jackson Avenue in Mandeville. Steps 4 through 6 move Uptown to the Junior League of New Orleans, 4319 Carondelet Street. Build the drive into your day either way, and confirm both addresses on your registration confirmation before the first session. Note that the last one is a Wednesday.
Venue arrangements are administered by KW MAPS Coaching. Registered participants receive confirmed addresses and timing directly from MAPS. Questions about the event go to [email protected].
Step 1 is free for every agent.
Thursday, September 24, 9:00 am, Pontchartrain Yacht Club in Mandeville. Any licensed agent can sit in on the first BOLD session at no charge. It has its own registration, separate from the six-session enrollment, and it takes about a minute.
Five hours with Deborah Pierce. You run the first mindset and lead-generation work yourself, in the room, and then you decide whether the other five sessions are worth $799 to you. Most agents want to see a BOLD room before they commit to one. This is how.
If you want all six, tuition is $799 or $199 a month on a plan. Either way, September 24 costs you the drive and nothing else. And through Wednesday we are drawing for five free seats.
Two ways to cover tuition.
The number stops some agents who ought to be in that room. It does not have to. There is a monthly option, getting it is a phone call, and the first of the six sessions costs nothing at all.
One payment, handled inside your BOLD registration with KW MAPS Coaching. Nothing else to arrange.
Pay monthly by credit card or agent bill. This option runs through our market center rather than the registration site, so you have to ask for it.
Email [email protected] or call (504) 862-0100 and ask for the BOLD payment plan. Confirm the number of installments and your first draft date when you set it up.
Year one or year twenty.
KW MAPS Coaching built BOLD for agents at every level, and treats it as a course worth retaking as your goals change. Two people get the most out of this particular session.
You want the next tier, not a tune-up
You are already closing. The open question is whether the next twelve months repeat the last twelve or break the pattern. BOLD is where agents who have already capped go to add units without adding hours, and Deborah Pierce has enough production behind her to push you past the number you would have set for yourself.
You are building from zero, deliberately
Six weeks of structure in your first year is worth more than any lead source you could buy with the same money, because it sets the habit before the habit gets expensive. Not licensed yet? Start with KSCORE at no upfront cost, then come to BOLD with a license in hand.
Not sure which one you are? Talk it through with our team on the careers page … we will tell you honestly whether this is the right six weeks for you right now.
What agents ask before they commit.
Can I win a seat instead of paying for one?
Through Wednesday, September 23 we are drawing for five paid seats, two on September 21, two on September 22 and one on September 23. Entry is free and one entry keeps you in every remaining drawing, but the seats are reserved for licensed agents outside Keller Williams. If you are a Keller Williams agent, Step 1 on September 24 is still free and the $199 a month plan still applies. Enter and read the official rules here.
Is any part of BOLD free?
Step 1 is. Thursday, September 24 at 9:00 am, Pontchartrain Yacht Club, 140 Jackson Avenue in Mandeville. Open to any licensed agent at no charge, but it has its own free registration, separate from the six-session enrollment. Sit through the first five hours, then decide whether the remaining five sessions are worth $799 to you.
What does the $799 cover?
Six one-day classroom sessions from September 24 to November 4, 2026, taught in person by a KW MAPS coach. KW MAPS Coaching sets tuition and decides what it includes, so confirm the specifics with them at [email protected] before you register. Travel to Mandeville or Uptown is on you.
Can I pay for BOLD monthly?
Yes. There is a $199 a month option, payable by credit card or by agent bill. It is arranged through the KW New Orleans market center rather than the registration site, so it will not appear as a checkout choice. Email [email protected] or call (504) 862-0100 and ask for the BOLD payment plan. Confirm how many installments you are agreeing to and when the first one hits before you commit.
Do I have to be a Keller Williams agent to attend?
No. KW MAPS Coaching opens BOLD to agents and leaders regardless of brokerage, along with people considering a real estate career. Plenty of agents take BOLD long before they ever think about changing companies. If you want to understand how KW New Orleans operates while you are here, our Real Estate Conversations series is a straightforward look at what happens in our building on Wednesdays.
What does BOLD stand for?
Business Objective: a Life by Design. The order matters. The business objective is the mechanism; the life by design is the reason. BOLD spends real classroom time on the second half, which is unusual for a sales course.
Who teaches BOLD in New Orleans?
Deborah Pierce, a KW MAPS BOLD coach who owns and operates The Red Star Team at Keller Williams Realty Acadiana in Lafayette. She reports more than 700 personal sales and more than 800 team sales, and RealTrends has ranked her among the top 1,000 Realtors in the country every year since 2018. Full detail is at the top of this page.
Where is it being held?
Two venues. Steps 1 through 3 meet at the Pontchartrain Yacht Club, 140 Jackson Avenue, Mandeville. Steps 4 through 6 move to the Junior League of New Orleans, 4319 Carondelet Street. KW MAPS Coaching sends confirmed addresses to registered participants, so check your confirmation. Questions go to [email protected].
What are the six session dates?
All six run 9:00 am to 3:00 pm: Thursday September 24, Thursday October 1, Thursday October 8, Thursday October 15, Thursday October 22, and Wednesday November 4, 2026. Nothing meets on October 29.
What happens if I miss a session?
Ask KW MAPS Coaching at [email protected] before you register if a specific conflict is already on your calendar. MAPS administers attendance, make-up policy, transfers, and refunds for this event, not our market center, so their answer is the one that counts.
Does BOLD count toward my Louisiana or Mississippi continuing education?
Treat it as business coaching, not licensing coursework. Do not count BOLD hours toward LREC or MREC continuing education unless KW MAPS Coaching confirms approved-provider status in writing for your state. Keep your CE separate and current through the Learning Center.
Is $799 worth it?
That is a math question only you can run, and we are not going to hand you a projected return … anybody who quotes you one is guessing. Here is the honest version: BOLD costs $799 and roughly 37.5 hours out of six days. Look at your own average commission, then decide what fraction of one closing that represents. If the lump sum is the obstacle rather than the price, the $199 monthly plan solves a cash-flow problem, not a value problem. And if you want a second opinion first, ask an agent here who has already sat through it.
How does BOLD fit with coaching I already get at KW New Orleans?
They stack rather than overlap. BOLD is six intensive days that install the mindset and the scripts. Our in-house BUILD program is the weekly maintenance … Monday group coaching, lead-gen blocks, role-play, and private one-on-ones that keep the BOLD habits from decaying in November. Details on both live on the Learning Center page, and you can meet the people running them on Our Leaders.
September 24 is a Thursday. Block all six.
All six dates are on the calendar now, September 24 through November 4. Registration runs through KW MAPS Coaching and seats in the room are finite. Get them blocked before the rest of your fall fills in around them.
Questions about the event itself go straight to KW MAPS Coaching at [email protected]. Questions about building a business here go to Cody Caudill, Team Leader, at [email protected] or (504) 862-0100.
BOLD is a coaching program of KW MAPS Coaching. Registration, tuition, scheduling, venue, and refunds are administered by KW MAPS Coaching, not by Keller Williams Realty New Orleans.
