This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by KW MAPS Coaching, Keller Williams Realty, Inc., the Pontchartrain Yacht Club, or the Junior League of New Orleans. The prize is a seat purchased by Keller Williams Realty New Orleans.

Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, are legal residents of the United States, and hold an active real estate salesperson or broker license issued by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission or the Mississippi Real Estate Commission at the time of entry.

The five seats are for agents outside Keller Williams. Entry is limited to individuals who are not licensed with, affiliated with, or employed by any Keller Williams market center. Every licensed agent, including Keller Williams agents, is welcome at the free Step 1 session on September 24, 2026, which has its own free registration … that session is not part of this drawing.

Employees of Keller Williams Realty New Orleans, independent sales associates affiliated with any Keller Williams market center, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

The Sponsor will verify each selected entrant’s license status and brokerage affiliation, and may require a signed affidavit of eligibility, before awarding a prize. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that contains false or incomplete information, duplicates an existing entry, was submitted by automated means or by a person other than the named entrant, or was submitted in violation of these rules. A disqualified or unclaimed prize will be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor does not otherwise reject eligible entries.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law or by the entrant’s own brokerage policy. Entrants are responsible for confirming that accepting a prize is permitted by their brokerage and by the rules of their licensing commission.

Entry period: begins when this page goes live and ends Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central Time.

To enter: complete the form on this page with your name, email address and mobile phone number. Entry is free. There is no purchase, tuition payment, registration, or attendance requirement of any kind.

Alternate entry: you may instead email your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] with the subject line BOLD SWEEPSTAKES, or deliver the same information in writing to 8601 Leake Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118. Alternate entries must be received before the entry period closes and carry exactly the same chance of winning.

One entry per person. Duplicate entries are discarded. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void. Entries received after 11:00 AM CT on September 23, 2026 are not eligible.

Three random drawings will be held at 12:00 PM Central Time at 8601 Leake Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118, on Monday, September 21, Tuesday, September 22, and Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Two seats are awarded on September 21, two on September 22, and one on September 23, for five prizes total.

Every eligible entry on hand at 11:00 AM CT on a drawing day is included in that day’s drawing. Entries not selected remain eligible for the remaining drawings with no further action. A winning entrant is removed from the pool and cannot win twice.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. With five prizes available, the odds for any single entry are five divided by the total number of eligible entries, adjusted as prizes are awarded.

Each of the five prizes is one seat in BOLD Greater New Orleans, the six-session KW MAPS Coaching program held September 24, October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22 and November 4, 2026. Approximate retail value: $799 per prize, $3,995 total.

The prize covers tuition only. Travel, parking, meals not provided at the venue, materials sold separately, and any other cost of attending are the winner’s responsibility. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the program is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed by KW MAPS Coaching.

Program dates, venues, format and content are set by KW MAPS Coaching and are subject to change. A change made by KW MAPS Coaching does not obligate the Sponsor to provide a refund or substitute.

Winners will be notified by phone and email at the contact information submitted, on the afternoon of the drawing. A winner must confirm acceptance within 24 hours of the first notification attempt. Because Step 1 begins the morning of September 24, 2026, an unclaimed prize will be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries.

Winners may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before the prize is awarded. Accepting the prize permits the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and likeness in connection with this sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law.

Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. The value of the prize exceeds the $600 federal reporting threshold, so the Sponsor expects to issue an IRS Form 1099 to each winner. Winners should consult their own tax advisor. Nothing here is tax advice.

Information you submit is used by Keller Williams Realty New Orleans to run the drawings and to contact you about BOLD and related market center events. It is not sold or rented. You may ask to be removed at any time by emailing [email protected].

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason, or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, you release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim arising out of participation or prize acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
